Strategic Expansion & Sustainable Manufacturing

To response to EU’S CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) and growing global demand, LEMNA has significantly expanded its production capacity with the establishment of Zhejiang Lemna Autotech Co., Ltd.-with a 2,600m² office and a 5,600m² workshop. The factory is designed as a green and zero-carbon plant, integrating advanced energy-saving technologies to minimize our environmental footprint while maximizing operational efficiency. Equipped with automated production lines and intelligent warehousing systems, this new facility enables us to scale output, shorten lead times, and maintain uncompromising quality control across our entire product range.

We have appointed a dedicated CBAM manager, a specialized internal team, and TUV as our external consulting firm to oversee all implementation requirements from 2025 to 2026, ensuring a seamless process in 2027. Our new green zero-carbon factory, nearing operation and equipped with a 4 MW solar photovoltaic system, will not only reduce our carbon footprint but also enable the generation of Green Electricity Certificates (GEC). These certificates are expected to help offset future CBAM-related costs, delivering both compliance assurance and long-term operational savings.
